Hoo hoo hoo!!!! Would like to wish everyone Merry Christmas & Happy New Year 2009!

Counting down 3 more days to go, we are in the new 2009 year. Hope the economy will not give us too much impact and our life still goes on!!!

I've been lazy to go online to update my beloved boy activities. Brought him to East Coast last Sunday to play with the sands. So called he build sand castle but in the end only dig the sands.

Bradn received lots of Christmas presents on the Christmas eve but he only open up the present on the Christmas day as he waiting for his daddy to come back.

I'm enjoying eating the pizza. I was given 1 slice of Ham N Shroom pizza. But I couldn't finish, I ate 3/4 of it. That's my lunch. Again I'm not well. Down by flu and cough. Today is Public holiday most clinic are not opened. The only place that open 24hrs is Raffles in T3. That's the nearest I can think of. I must seriously think of why he always down by flu. Is it because of school, the food n drink he take or what????

Perhaps i should start him with some children's vitamin. Hope it can help to build up his immune system.

Gradution Concert

Ha Ha!!! Is not my graduation concert but is for my school those older Kor kor or Gea gea K2 student. But i do participate in the concert for few minute as a boatman. Sitting down with some hand movements. Teacher dress me up, gel my hair n put a bit of make up for me until mummy and PY yee yee took some time to find me on the stage. I look cute and handsome after gel up my hair. Mummy paid $35 for the costume, very worthwhile la.

After concert, we went to Tampines for lunch with my good friend Alexs and aunty Tracy. Think Braden had a great day.

Next Mon, I will ponteng school. I'm following mummy n daddy to Sunway Lagoon. Sounds fun over there. Will check it out and let u guys know.

Stay at home

Oh my poor baby is not feeling well again. He's having flu and cough at first. And yesterday start to have fever. After feeding him few time medicine his fever subside.

His school, 5 children in the same class with Braden are having HFMD. This week since Bradn not well i didn't bring him to school. I got to monitor his situation in case he's one of them. I keep my finger cross. Hope he won't get it.

Every since Braden go to school, he can really talk and express himself more. He like to sing song. But we must initiate to start first.

Away for too long

I've not been updating my blog for so long. Then realise I'm getting lazy and real busy at work lately. Too much things to update. Dunno where to start. Ok let start with our day out to East Coast. We went day at 5plus. just to let Braden play with sands and build castle. Of course he dunno la.... He end up keep scooping the sands into his truck. It was fun as we hardly had a family day out.

Another outing will be having dinner with all my best friends. Is actually a Birthday dinner with my lovely best best friend Pik Yin. We dine in Waruku in East Coast. Not too bad the food.

Mini size

I am a big boy now. I don't need to wear diapers at home and school. I will only wear diapers when I sleep. So fast i need to wear a mini underwear. Hee!!! Hee!!!

Full day School

Today is Bradn full day in school. Being advice by teacher to pick him earlier then slowly leave him longer there. Hope he can adapt in the school. After lunch he will nap with other children till 3.30pm follow by tea break and lessons. Kind of miss him as I won't be able to hear his voice. He's not wearing diapers to school since i potty train him at home. Let him get use to it and tell the teacher if he want to go toilet.

Damage a book

Braden is getting more and more talkative. He's doing well in the school. Next month I'm going to convert him to full day. Hope he can adapt to it.

He did a naughty thing today and 2 days ago. Usually i like to borrow books from library. He love transportation book like truck, train, aeroplane, bus and so on. He tear the library book, not those accidentally tear but he literally tear few pages to a small pieces. I lecture him and punish him that tonight I won't read him a story book. Every night he want us to read him few books before he sleep. He will listen and enjoy the process of story telling. Last time he won't sit down to listen but he seems to enjoy and appreciate us. I want him to learn how to take care of books whether belongs to him or others.

Sing Twinkle Twinkle

Braden down by flu this morning. Ask him to drink flu medicine. He so happy, open the fridge and try to reach for the flu medicine. Hope he'll recover soon.

He can sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star song. I can hear him singing and mumbling with the song. Only by mood then he'll sing otherwise he said "Don't Like". This two words has become his favorite words when come to things that he doesn't want. Recently, he pretty choosy about his food. Will spit the food out when he don't like.

Since he like MRT train so much, we finally got him one from Toys R us. After playing with the train door for 1hr "open close open close", the door drop off and can't fix back.

Phuket Trip

We are back from Phuket trip 2wks ago. Suppose to update our out going last week but I'm encounter problem in uploading photos. So till now then I've the time to continue my unfinish work. Trip was good and we do have fun there. Nice hotel as we being upgraded to Deluxe room with balcony seaview. It was a great experience to get such a nice view. Big group of us 8 adult and 2 children.

We are more for rest and relax trip. Didn't really do much things, other than we went for massage at the town area. Braden enjoy playing in the children pool. He refuse to get out of the pool. This few week we had a hard time taking care of him. He demand things to do in his own way. He will tell us he want to do this and that. If we stop him, he'll get angry and shout n cry. This is really bad. Is difficult to handle him. Is a sudden change in his character. "TERRIBLE TWO STAGE" is going to start. With him most patience daddy also can't stand him.

Braden woke up at 7.50am. Quickly bath him and get him changed up to his school uniform. Most important must gel his hair. So he looks different from his usual style. Party in the school started at 9.15am as we need to wait for all the student in his class D1 and D2.

Counting down to 2nd

Braden love trains. So decided to bring him for a surprise train (mrt) ride on his big day. Let him enjoy and have fun during the rides. He's sure love it. 2 more days counting down to his big "TWO".

He can expressing himself word by word. Can even chit chat with him. He'll answer my question. So fun to be with him.

Friends Gather again

Wah!!! The last time i see Karen was 2 and a half years ago. I still remember we had dinner together in airport before we left for Hokkaido holiday.

we only have 45mins to catch up as Karen need to rush for her flight back to Taipei. It was so nice face to face chat and update one another well being. Tracy and Karen are mother of two now. Me, not bad also have my little Bradn.

Bradn has grown up a lot. Miss his baby time.

2nd B'day Celebration

We did a simple family birthday celebration for Bradn. Last minute plan for it so didn't invite many people. Bradn love B'day cake and songs. So I'm sure he'll be very happy to hear us singing a B'day song for him. More people celebrate with him more fun. He had a wonderful and happy day. He received some anypow and presents from cousins, friend and Siu Yee.

Attend Party

Attended my friend Andre's Birthday party last last Sat. It was a big party at his home. Got some feedback from Aunty Gina, said that lots of people in the party praising me handsome, obedient and good boy. What about mummy says? Hmmm.. Yes, you did well in the party. Mummy do agreed part of it. Let's take a look of me in the party.

Call his own name

I can call my own name sweetly... Brad... den... Things that belong to him he'll says Braden's sock, Braden's bag and on. He also learned to say "Bye bye see you" before he leave his class. I teached him so say bye bye to the teacher n friends before he leave and also greet people in the "morning". Im glad that he can adapt to school routine well. He'll hug n kiss me goodbye before he walk to his class. He's only 23mths. I can tell that he's an independant boy.

One day one day, seeing him grow and learning new things. I feel so contented, proud and happy. My son is such a good boy. Not too bad la him. Even though it can be very challenging to look after him. I love him so much.

2nd week in school

Hmm........ I'm able to adapt to the child care daily routine. For the 1st two days I was doing extremely well but on the 3rd day onwards, I realise something not too right. As i won;'t be able to see mummy and daddy after i take out my shoes and teacher will bring me in the class. I cried I want mummy to stay with me.

After 1 week especially last 2 days I'm doing well in school. I wave bye bye to mummy before I go inside my classroom. Mummy will pick me around 12 after my lunch. I'm happy to see her every time. Mummy like to stay one corner to see what am I and how am I doing. I'm tired by 1pm. So i tend to nap earlier around 1 plus. Perhap is the school activities make me feel tired and also bcos I woke up early.

1st Day in school

Today is my 1st day schooling. Hmm.. Mummy woke me up at 8am. She changed me up and I'm ready to go school. Mummy and Pik Yin yee yee walked me to school. We reached there just in time. The moment I walk in the school, I forget about mummy n yee yee. My Chinese teacher Yang Lau Ser bring me in and take care of me.


Mummy n Yee yee went for breakfast then go market. At 11.30am mummy is back to bring me home. Teacher feed me porridge before I'm allowed to go home. Teacher said I'm good boy and I never cry. I did look for ma ma at times but teacher assured me ma ma will pick me up later and she will take good care of me. I'm so excited with the new environment and met all my new classmate. There are 9 of us in a class. I'm not sure am I the youngest in the class??? See, ma ma n yee yee grab me to take down this memorable moment "My First Day in School".

I've enrolled Braden to half day child care. Not too far from home. Hmm... His class will start on 1 July. The fees is pretty expensive even after subsidy by Govt. It cost us $573 /mth. Must really work harder to earn back the school fees. He look so cute when he wear the school shirt and pants.

We think is about time to let Braden mix around, explore and learn new things that he won't be able to learn it at home. His learning ability and skill are high at this age so I doesn't want him to miss this great opportunity.

He's able to form a sentence with 2 to 3 words. And his understanding is good. There was this incident that my sister ask him "Who ask you to turn on the TV?" His reply to my sis is "Daddy say". My sis was surprise with his reply. The fact is his daddy really did said allowing him to turn on the TV after his lunch. Another funny incident that happen few nights back. My sis and him are in the room. My sis ask him "Who is pretty girl?" His said "Yee, pretty girl". My sis feel proud so when I come into the room she want to show off and test him again by asking the same question "Who is pretty girl?" Ha ha ha! Guess what is his reply???
He said " Ma Ma pretty girl". See how smart is he. He can changed within a minute.

He's talkative now. He will talk and talk but sometime we don't even understand what is he talking about. He also like to add the word "ne" after he said certain words. So funny. Dunno he learn from where. For eg: aeroplane ne, moon ne, He like speaking Japanese. Told him not to add the 'ne' but he still saying it.

Girls Day Out

Today is Braden last day of Shichida class for this term. He'll get a week break then next term start on 5 July. He's still stick on his 1030 Sat class. Teacher asked all the parents to get together at the back of the class. And took a nice picture of us.

After the class we are rushing off to Suntec to meet mummy batch girls. One of my friend is leaving Singapore next week so we arranged to have a meal together before she leave. Wish her all the best in Melbourne. Perhaps we can pay her a visit next time as we hardly go Australia for holiday. But when come to holiday Aust is definitely not our 1st choice. Maybe one day I might change my mind. Let take a closer look of all this four gals. We know one another for 10years. That's a long time. The day we know each other we are still in early 20's. Hmmmm... Time flies!!!! Really miss our training days sometimes.

Am I look handsome on this shirt? My poor mummy, left eye's swell. She has been wearing her sunglasses most of the time. But still look as pretty right. Ha Ha ha!!!!! Because she is my mummy!

Down by flu and cough

Oh my poor baby was down by fever when he got back from Bidor. Seeing doctor twice. On the 4days then his fever subside but his antibiotics still need to carry on for another 2days. He has been a very good boy to drink his own fever medicine even I wake him up middle of the night. Until the 3days, he's sick of drinking medicine. He refuse to drink on his own. We've no choice but to force it.





After fever, haizzz..... he was down by flu and cough now. He has better very sticky to me and want me to carry him most of the time. he's really not well. Even last night he just woke up and cried and cried. Carry him still cry. Put him down also cry. I'm so lost. Dunno what can I do. See him cried until so jialat.





Oh thank god, he kwai kwai drink the flu and cough medicine today. So no need to force through. Otherwise see him cry loud again. He's full of energy and strong. I can't even get hold on him sometimes. He don't have much appetite to eat since yesterday. Thought of cooking him porridge, worse still!!!! He only eat half portion. I better cook soup for him tomorrow. Think he still prefer soup.





Hmmm.... Our trip back in Bidor was great. Helping out my sister to decorate her house here and there. House warming party is on 31 May Sat. Invited quite a lot of guest. We had our meal after the guests all eaten. My sister's house is nice and cosy. I like the living room and of course the hotel style of toilet.





After looking at her house from any empty house to full of furniture and lights. It's really motivate me to do some changes in my house too. I'm a person who easily get bored with things for too long. So I must every now and then decor my house with a new things. It will give me a fresh look.

Not much time for me to update my blog nowadays as I'm busy with my work. Even I don't work I still have tons of work waiting for me to do.





Braden was shortlisted for the Semi final Baby Contest sponsor by Pampers. He need to report on Fri 2pm for the contest in Expo. All contestant are required to wave "HI" and dance. He didn't really dance but moving his body. He also shouting and clapping his hands happily on the stage. But he didn't get selected to go for final on Sunday. I fact i find Braden did very well as compared to some contestant that being selected to go for final. I dun expect him to win as some child is so much older and can perform better. Well this what we call it ??? contest???





Brought Braden for a Barney Live show on Friday 7.30pm together with Gina and Andre. He's enjoying the whole show. Not too bad. He really love Barney. Can call his name so clearly.

Back to hometown

We will be going Bidor on 26 May (Mon) till 1 Jun. Why going back? Mmm... My sister is having a house warming party during one of the day. Another long journey home. Think of needed to drive 6hrs also sian liao... But again think of the good food in Msia also shiok. Cheap, good and nice. Even a very simple food is delicious.. My favorite and must eat food when i go back are Laksa (sour type), Seafood Hor Fun with gravy and Dim Sum. yummy...

Im busy with some sales appointment. Haven't even pack my bag. Sure last minute do packing again which i don't really like to do it.

Terrible Two

Mmm... Braden is in the "terrible two" stage. More and more challenging for me to handle him. Can see that he has his own temper every now and then. He will demand for things that he wants and object to things that he dislike. Food wise, no change so far. He love soups that mummy cooked. He will go crazy when he see a soup. Keep mentioning "soup" "soup" "soup"....

My big 3.. Birthday

So sad... I'm turning 30 already. Hope this 3 will give me a good head start in my new career. Sound like a business woman. Ha Ha!!!! I had a simple blowing cake ceremony at home. Is a Tiramisu cake.

My B'day Dinner

We had a nice dinner at The Mussels Guys,Vivo City. We ordered 1/2kg Belgium mussels, Wild Mushroom Spagetthi and NZ Sirlion Steak. And of course can't go without, a glass of white wine. The food are nice. This is my early Birthday celebration.

After dinner, I continue shopping in Vivo. LOng time I didn't really shop. It always no time no time. Rush and rush. But not bad today I managed to buy a skirt. I like this skirt very much. Look nice on me. Ha Ha!!!!!

Babe Contest 08

We all have to wake up early to report at EdgeField Pri School in Punggol. You must be wondering for what purpose right????? I've enrolled Braden for a Baby contest Cat C for baby between 18-24mths which organised by Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC. Minister Teo is one of the guest. Weather is hot and we feel so sticky and hot.

Win nothing but is ok, cos it was a good experience for us. Braden woke up early so he's quite moody and tired by 12noon. We do let him join some small activities that arrange by the organisation. He's having fun too...

Sticky to me

Another month is going to end. I'm too busy with my work> thanks for the great support at home. I'm kind of lazy and tired today. Moody as well..........

Last few night Braden didn't sleep so well as he's keep waking up to cry. Dunno what's wrong. Perhaps nightmare. I find him when come to sleeping time at night we'll start to look for me. More sticky to me. He'll ask for a hug before he sleep. Feedback from my sister, he'll cry and call me "MA MA" "MA MA" when I'm not at home. When I heard that I feel so bad and thinking am I neglecting him. He's quite a good and obedient boy. He's naughty too most of the time... I love him so much. Hope he will love me as much too.

Our Milan Vacation

Finally I've the time to sit down to tell you more about our vacation. Hai!!! Thought of doing a last minute shopping for some souvenir in the Malpensa airport. Haizzz... No time at all last few passenger to board the plane. On our way back it was much more comfortable as the flight not full. We've 3 seat in a row so Braden can sit and play on his own seat. He still can't sleep long on the plane. We miss his Shichida lesson as we feel pretty tired. We tried to catch some sleep at home.
