Back to quiet day

Mum, Wei Lock and Zhen Chung too a morning bus back to Bidor. Whole house become so quiet... Lesser people play with Braden. I taught Braden to cover his mouth whenever he cough or sneeze. Every since then, he love to pretend coughing and use one hand to cover his mouth. But when come to actual cough and sneeze, he forget to cover.

He can understand most of things we told him. Is just that he doesn't want to talk. He did mumbling a lot and make a lot of funny sounds and tone.

We had a great time in Macau. Siu Yee and ah Fu take good care of me during the stay in Macau. With their help and assistants I can relax a bit.

Reindeer

Went for a chicken pox jab yesterday in Polyclinic. Is cheaper. Waiting time is about 1 hour. He didn't cry when the nurse jab him but he did struggle. His weight is 9.65kg and height is 82cm. After 1 year old, children will not put on much weight.


Here's my set of teeth. Till now 16 mths old, I only have 6 teeth. It stop growing for quite some time. Lower teeth are uneven. Looks like a love shape.









Do I look good with the reindeer hair band?? Is a present from my Kei Ma. Will wear that again during Christmas.

Stylor, Girlfriend, Vitagen

I'm suppose to comb his hair after bathing him. While he's rolling and playing on the bed his hair turn up so stylor.




This girl is Braden's girlfriend Alexis. She went back to Nanjing this morning. Will only see her again next year CNY.


Braden get to drink half a bottle of Less Sugar Vitagen. Heard is good for digestion. Will let him drink when ever I like. Of course he love it.

My 1st Tricycle

I'm riding my new bike. A gift from my Siu Yee.... Specially bought it from Bidor. Cheap and nice.

Back from Tokyo

Our trip was short but fun. Braden behave pretty well on board. Of course he won't sit still through out. But still manageable. I'm luck to have an empty seat next to me for both sectors even though the flight was full. At least he can sit and play on the seat rather than I've to hold him all the time. He fall asleep during take-off. So I've my own time to relax and catch a movie.

Tokyo was about 9-12'C. My poor baby having cold rashes on his face and legs. His face is so dry and red. I applied a moisturizer on his face but it doesn't help much. Anyway his face not as red anymore but still dry...

Overall trip was good. Managed to do some shopping. Pocket have a hole liao...

Away

We'll be away for 3 days. Hee!! Hee!!! We are going to Tokyo on 28-30Nov. Just a short trip. Meeting the daddy in Tokyo. Save on transportation and accommodation.

This is the 1st time I'm travelling with Braden alone. Dunno I can manage or not. Hope he behave well and sleep well on the plane. Tokyo is cold now. But I'm well prepared all his stuff. Should be no problem.

This will be my shopping trip as the stay is too short. Not much time for sightseeing. We ever thought of going to Mt Fuji. But have put the idea a side. Shopping and eating is more important.

Update you guys my trip when i get back.

Good night sleep!

Oh! I've a good sleep for the last two days. Hope this good time will continue. Braden has been sleeping through from 10.30pm till morning 9. He used to wake up at 7am then stay awake for almost 2 hours then fall back to sleep. I've a difficult time if he doing this because I always sleep late. Doing my own things like read book, magazine, online and prepare some material for stimulation. I am a busy mum.

Braden has never been chubby like other babies. Most of the people find him too skinny but taller than average. In fact he's eating well. The moment he wakes up, his stomach will fill up with drink and food. Perhaps he has our skinny genes. His weight is 9.4kg and height is 81cm.

Sometimes I'll cooked soup at home. Will let him drink a small bowl. He like the soup. I dun let him drink or eat outside food. As outside food not as healthy as those cook at home. You won't know what are the ingredient they add inside. I'm very particular about the food he takes. Another fussy mummy!! Hee Hee hee

Busy busy

Hi to all...

I've been busy lately. My friend Tracy, she's back from Nanjing. And I've been busy searching, printing and cutting out all the pictures. You must be thinking, what are all this picture for??

Oh! Is for me to make flashcards. I'm making my own flashcards for Braden. Those cards selling in the market is pretty costly and I'm running out of topics soon.

In a day, I'll flash about 8-10 topics. Braden seems to enjoy it and always pay attention. I'm still not as fast and good yet. Even drop some cards in the mid of flashing. So embarrassed in front of Braden. He'll laugh at me. Thought I was playing with him.

Braden like to play with a hat. Here is his new hat. He's ready to go out.








He love to play with bubbles too.. He's having so much fun.

Shichida Method lesson

I've enrolled Braden for a Shichida Method (SM). Yesterday was his 3rd lesson. He's attending the lesson on every Fri 10.30am. It's an hour lesson. Lots of activities playing in the class. One of the parent is required to stay with him. Shichida Method claimed that they are the latest and most effective way of stimulating their right brain. Believe it or not, is up to an individual parents. As for me, why not give Braden a chance to discover and enjoy Shichida Method. Is definitely stress free. Let him enjoy all the song, games and activities in the class.

We went out for house visiting today. Visited a friend and Braden's Su Su and Sum Sum in Jurong. Every house we went to, as it was his own house. He likes to discover new things. He not afraid of stranger. He'll kiss anybody that you ask him to. Always showing affection.

More understanding

Glad to see that Braden is fully recovered. He's back to his usual self. Active, naughty, adorable and mess maker. He's getting smarter. Mum always praise their own children. Am I right for those mummy and daddy???? When I ask him to do something, he'll follow my instruction. For eg, put his dirty clothes inside a pile, throw his soiled diaper inside dustbin, put things back and so much more. Good boy! He can slowly understand us. What a satisfaction!!!

He like to watch "Your Baby Can Read" disc. He learned some words from the disc. He can point out his ear, head, hair, chin and belly button. I realise that he don't like to point out nose and mouth. I did teach him but he just refuse to point out this two parts. He enjoy those songs in the disc too.

My little helper

He's always very engross in helping us. By doing what????? Vacuuming... See how he help us vacuum the floor. By the time he grown up, I don't think he want to help us vacuum the house anymore.

Is so funny seeing him vacuum the floor. As it, he really knows. Let's see the video.

Recovering from Tonsillitis

This is my 1st day sharing all the happy and unhappy moment about my lovely son Braden.
Through this blog, I hope I can write down everything about Braden. Who knows he might be able to read it one day.

He is finally recovered from tonsillitis (sore throat). It causes him having fever for 4days. Feel so sad to see him fall sick. He has been eating medicine until he really scared. He'll struggle to drink. As a mum I got to be strong and force him to drink it. I've no choice. I don't wish to see him going through all this again. After the fever subsided, he start to develop rashes on his face and body. Doctor said that is normal and assured me not to worry. I can have a good sleep if he don't lau kei at night.

The rashes on his face is faded. Only left those on his legs. He's back to his cute little handsome face. Ha!!! Ha!!!
